Follow the following steps if you can't view your site via a web browser.
Step 1: Try Surfing Other Sites
Try viewing other web sites such as Yahoo or Google in your browser. It's entirely possible your ISP is experiencing connectivity problems, in which case the issue is with your internet connection rather than your web site's connectivity. Alternately, call a friend and ask them to view your web site.
Step 2: Check Our Network Status Page
Login to your Control Panel with your username and password. You will be able to check the status of the server your website is on. Look for Service Status under General Server Status on the left hand side.
Step 3: Contact Technical Support
If all else fails, submit a support ticket by sending an email to support [at] thepxlbox.com
